Camographer
Camographer (Camo Delgado Aguilera)
Photographer and Filmmaker
Born in Cartagena, Colombia (1985)
Camographer is a visual artist who boldly explores queer culture, social diversity, and sexual identity through photography and film. His art, spanning over a decade, is intimate and raw, reflecting the vibrant yet challenging socio-political landscape of Latin America. Camo blends elements from art, fashion, and documentary photography into provocative imagery, often focusing on themes of identity and personal expression.
Recently, Camo has shifted towards media and video experimentation, inspired by Ethnofiction, a genre blending ethnography with fiction and visual anthropology. His works challenge traditional beauty standards, using sociological collage techniques to critique censorship and express his bold views on identity and freedom.
